Day 8 of Minimalism: Live a Meaningful Life

Defining Health:

I turned 40 this year and this year has been riddled with health issues. It has reminded me how important it is for me to prioritize my health so that I can be dancing a jig at the age of 80. Wherever you are on your health journey, start taking the next steps today!I have found that the more healthy habits I establish now, the better things are going to go down the road.
